Return & Refund Guidelines
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return and refund policy:

Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

Used Items: Returns for used or opened products will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit, depending on the condition of the item, which is at our sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support at customercare@erickajproducts.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
